About Third-Party Games

Most games on Skiioo are provided by third-party game providers and may be embedded through iframe or similar technologies. Unless clearly stated otherwise, Skiioo does not create, own, operate, or control the third-party games available on the website.

What Happens After We Receive a Notice

After receiving a copyright-related request, we may review the reported URL, verify the information provided, contact the sender for clarification, remove or disable access to the content, update metadata, contact a third-party provider, or take no action if the request is incomplete or unsupported.

We may also keep records of copyright-related requests for legal, security, fraud prevention, or abuse-prevention purposes.

Incomplete or Invalid Requests

We may be unable to process a request if it does not identify the content clearly, does not include contact information, does not show ownership or authorization, or does not provide enough information for us to locate the material.

Counter-Notices and Mistakes

If content was removed or restricted by mistake, the affected party may contact us with information explaining why the removal should be reviewed. We may evaluate counter-notices or disputes where appropriate, but we are not required to restore content in every case.

Repeat Issues and Abuse

We may remove content, restrict access, block future submissions, or take other appropriate action if repeated copyright issues, false reports, abusive notices, or misuse of the reporting process occur.
